When will my items be shipped?

We ship out 1-2 days after order has been placed. We ship via USPS, tracking will be sent when shipping label is created. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.  Please note, we cannot be held responsible for lost and stolen orders and for damages while in transit. If this happens, please reach out to USPS.com

 

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we are not accepting returns. We make sure to package your pieces very carefully with a lot of care, to avoid any damages.

If your item arrives damaged, please email me at FancySociety@thefancysociety.com. 

If you purchased in person at in pop up and discovered the product is damaged. Please do not try to repair it yourself, we cannot be responsible if product gets damaged more. You have 7 days to let us know about any damages. 

WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF JEWERLY WAS NOT TAKEN CARE AND IT GETS DAMAGED. Please read our Jewelry care page.

We carry limited inventory. We recommend to purchase your items fast. Cannot guarantee to bring back popular items.

Fancy Society takes the security of your personal information very seriously. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the identifying information we collect is for the sole purpose of order processing and shipping. 

While browsing our website you also provide us with information that does not reveal your personal identity. We use this aggregate anonymous data to improve our website and offerings.

You may also submit your email address in order to be placed on a subscription list or to receive information. You will be placed on these lists only when you indicate your desire to be included. In deciding whether or not to join such lists, please note that they are only used for internal purposes; we do not sell or rent our lists to anyone. You may ask to be removed from the list at any time.

*Terms and Condition. We have the right to cancel any order if item becomes out of stock, wrong price, store closes. We would be happy to issue a refund immediately and will always notify you of any cancellation. Please note we are a small business and we have to do what makes sense to us.
