Hi, I’m Adjani!

My love for jewelry began long before Fancy Society ever existed. As a little girl, I would spend hours playing in my mom’s jewelry box. One of my favorite memories is helping her choose the perfect jewelry to complete her outfit. That’s where my love story with accessories truly began.

Growing up in Los Angeles, I was surrounded by fashion, but jewelry always had my heart. As soon as I was old enough to earn chore money, I spent nearly every dollar at Claire’s, The Icing, and local flea markets, searching for rings, earrings, and colorful treasures that made me feel special.

As I got older, I fell in love with designers like Betsey Johnson, Tarina Tarantino, and Loren Hope. Their pieces inspired me, but they often felt out of reach. I remember saving for months just to buy one pair of earrings, and that’s when I realized something: every woman deserves jewelry that feels extraordinary without having to choose between beauty and affordability.

I went on to study Fashion Merchandising and eventually became a buyer, where I discovered that jewelry was still the part of the job I loved most. No matter where life took me, I was always wearing statement earrings, collecting beautiful pieces, and helping others find jewelry that made them feel confident.

One day, I told my now husband, better known around here as Mr. Fancy, that I dreamed of starting a jewelry brand. While I was talking through ideas, he quietly created my website and Instagram behind the scenes. Before I knew it, Fancy Society was born, APRIL 2019!

Fancy Society began as a carefully curated collection of jewelry from brands I admired. But I quickly realized something was missing, I wanted to create, not just curate. So I started designing my own pieces, and today, nearly every collection is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted by me.

Fancy Society was built on friendship, creativity, and the belief that every woman deserves to feel beautiful, confident, and celebrated. My hope is that when you wear one of our pieces, you don’t just complete an outfit, you celebrate yourself.
